With Karix’s Outbound Dialing solution, Paisabazaar.com could push bulk voice campaigns to its customers. It was an economical solution owing to automation and the larger call volumes. Based on the target customer’s demographic profile, pertinent voice templates were played when the user answered the call. Based on the user’s response and the segment, Gamooga platform then automated campaigns which contained customized SMS links. This gave a personal touch to their SMS campaign which enabled them to successfully retarget their target customers.
